You are cordially invited to join the Southeast District and host Lodge, Jupiter Elks #2469, as we proudly welcome Florida Elks State President Michael "Mike" Chandler and First Lady Caroline, Vice President At Large Jeffrey A. "Jeff" Muehlfeld and Francisca Pouza, and the rest of the presidential party, for their official visit on Friday, August 1 and Saturday, August 2, 2025.

The Southeast District looks forward to a memorable mission-led weekend of camaraderie, service, and pride, shining a spotlight on the State President’s motto: Florida Elks — Helping Hands & Changing Lives.
Weekend Actvities
4:15 p.m. Friday Welcome Party
We will begin the weekend by greeting the President’s Party at the Comfort Inn & Suites, 6752 W Indiantown Rd, Jupiter, FL 33458. Those wishing to participate in the welcome should arrive before 4:15 p.m. The Hospitality Room will be open from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
6:30 p.m. Friday Night Dinner
Friday evening features a casual dinner hosted at West Palm Beach Lodge #1352. The President's Party is expected to arrive at 6:30 p.m. Dinner is your choice of breaded pork chops served with mashed potato, gravy, and vegetables, salmon served with rice and vegetables, or a vegan option, and dessert. Cost for dinner is $20.00 plus tax. Reservations may be made by calling WPB Lodge (561) 686-1352, Tuesday-Saturday between 3:00-8:00 p.m. Guests are encouraged to wear red shirts in honor of our deployed military members. After dinner, there will be live music for dancing, and we will conduct a short PER meeting. We will return to the hotel at the State President’s discretion.
6:00-9:00 a.m. Saturday Breakfast
Saturday morning begins with breakfast for hotel guests from 6:00 to 9:00 a.m.
9:00 a.m. Saturday Palm Beach Island Tour
At 9:00 a.m., we will depart for an exclusive guided tour of world-renowned Palm Beach Island. This scenic experience offers a rare glimpse of landmarks including Mar-a-Lago, The Breakers, the Henry Flagler Museum, Worth Avenue, the Kennedy family’s former estate, and the historic JFK Nuclear Bunker. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis — early RSVP is highly recommended. Cost of the tour is $15.00.
Following the tour, we will make a special care package delivery in Riveria Beach to support a local veteran transitioning out of homeless, a powerful reminder that even in a community of immense wealth, the needs of the most vulnerable remain.
12:00 p.m. Saturday Jupiter Island Private Boat Tour & Luncheon
Afterward, we’ll enjoy lunch and a narrated private boat tour along the Intracoastal Waterway of Jupiter Island. Home to many notable figures including Joe Namath, Tiger Woods, Dan Marino, Kid Rock, Ralph Lauren, and Celine Dion. The cost for lunch and private boat tour is $20.00. We will return to the hotel around 2:30 p.m. to prepare for the evening’s festivities. The Hospitality Room will reopen from 2:30 to 5:00 p.m.
5:30-6:30 p.m. Saturday Elks Happy Hour in the Wild with Busch Wildlife Sanctuary, Followed By Formal Dinner and President’s Message
That evening, we will gather at Jupiter Elks Lodge #2469 for an Elks Happy Hour in the Wild, featuring special guests from Busch Wildlife Sanctuary from 5:30–6:30 p.m. Choice To Change, a local nonprofit supporting young adults, will be serving surf-in-turf with filet mignon and crab stuffed shrimp, scalloped potato bake, grilled zucchini, rigatoni marinara with fresh shaved parmesan, salad, and homemade dessert. The cost for dinner will be $28.00 plus tax. Vegetarian option available. The dress for the event is business casual. Live music will conclude the night and at the State President’s discretion, we will return to the hotel, where the Hospitality Room will remain open for fellowship and celebration.
